Strategic Synergy between BPS and Bengkulu Provincial Government

Statistics Indonesia (BPS) and the Bengkulu Provincial Government signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) on cooperation in strengthening regional development statistics on Wednesday, February 4, 2026, at the BPS Office. The MoU was signed by the Chief Statistician of BPS RI, Amalia Adininggar Widyasanti and the Governor of Bengkulu, Helmi Hasan, and witnessed by the Vice Chief Statistician of BPS RI, Sonny Harry Budiutomo Harmadi.

The signing of the MoU was then followed by the signing of a Cooperation Agreement (PKS) between BPS Bengkulu Province and the Provincial Government of Bengkulu as a follow-up to the implementation of the cooperation. This collaboration covers the provision, utilization, and development of statistical data and information, strengthening sectoral statistics, developing statistical information systems, supporting the implementation of censuses and surveys, and updating the National Single Social and Economic Data (DTSEN) to support data-driven planning and policy-making for development in Bengkulu Province.
