Statistics Indonesia (BPS) RI collaborated with the Ministry of Social Affairs (Kemensos) to conduct DTSEN National Coordination Meeting (Rakornas) between the Ministry of Social Affairs and Statistics Indonesia (BPS) RI, themed “Statistics for Social Justice” in Jakarta (13/11). The meeting was attended by the Minister of Social Affairs, Saifullah Yusuf (Gus Ipul); Chief Statistician of BPS RI, Amalia Adininggar Widyasanti; Cabinet Secretary, Teddy Indra Wijaya; Deputy Minister of Social Affairs, Agus Jabo Priyono; Vice Chief Statistician of BPS RI, Sonny Harry Budiutomo Harmadi; as well as officials from both Kemensos and BPS.

This meeting aimed to strengthen the shared vision and establish collaboration related to DTSEN, starting from the central level between the Ministry of Social Affairs and BPS, to the provincial and regency/city levels by inviting all provincial BPS heads, regency/city BPS heads, provincial agency heads, and regency/city agency heads throughout Indonesia.

On this occasion, Cabinet Secretary, Teddy Indra Wijaya explained the importance of DTSEN in the era of the President of the Republic of Indonesia, Prabowo Subianto. “The data is collected in one place at BPS, and for the first time in history, all data is collected in one place and becomes a mutual reference,” he explained. In this regard, Gus Ipul also stated that with the issuance of Presidential Instruction No.4 of 2025, all parties are required to adhere to the DTSEN data managed by BPS.

In her remarks, Amalia expressed her optimism that with a spirit of mutual cooperation and cross-institutional collaboration, every piece of data produced will bring tangible benefits to society. “Let us work together to realize statistics for social justice,” she concluded.
