In September 2025, imports reached US$20,335.2 million, an increase of US$860.0 million (4.42 percent) compared to the previous month. This import value consisted of oil and gas imports of US$2,637.3 million (12.97 percent) and non-oil and gas imports of US$17,697.9 million (87.03 percent). Meanwhile, import volume reached 21,320.8 thousand tons, a 6.90 percent increase. China continues to dominate the source of Indonesian imports, accounting for US$7,364.5 million, with a share of 36.22 percent. Meanwhile, the port of discharge in Jakarta Province remains the primary unloading point for imported goods in Indonesia, valued at US$9,793.6 million (48.16 percent).
