In April 2025, the import value reached US$20,585.0 million, up US$1,665.0 million (8.80 percent) compared to the previous month. The import value consisted of oil and gas imports of US$2,519.5 million (12.24 percent) and non-oil and gas imports of US$18,065.5 million (87.76 percent). Meanwhile, the import volume reached 18,535.4 thousand tons or decreased by 2.46 percent. China still dominates the origin of Indonesian imports worth USD7,105.1 million with a role of 34.52 percent. Meanwhile, the unloading port in DKI Jakarta Province is still the main unloading place for imported goods in Indonesia worth USD10,115.9 million (49.14 percent).
