Monthly Foreign Trade Statistical Imports, May 2025

In May 2025, imports reached US$20,312.3 million, down US$272.7 million (1.32 percent) compared to the previous month. This import value consisted of oil and gas imports of US$2,643.7 million (13.02 percent) and non-oil and gas imports of US$17,668.6 million (86.98 percent). Meanwhile, import volume reached 20,346.9 thousand tons, an increase of 9.77 percent. China still dominates the source of Indonesian imports, valued at US$7,403.4 million, with a share of 36.45 percent. Meanwhile, the port of discharge in Jakarta Province remains the main unloading point for imported goods in Indonesia, valued at US$9,811.3 million (48.30 percent).
