BPS Attends Early Year Briefing from President of the Republic of Indonesia

The Chief Statistician of BPS RI, Amalia Adininggar Widyasanti, together with the Vice Chief Statistician of BPS RI, Sonny Harry Budiutomo Harmadi, attended the Indonesian President's New Year Briefing with the Red and White Cabinet at Padepokan Garuda Yaksa, Hambalang, Bogor, (6/1).
During this meeting, President Prabowo Subianto expressed his appreciation for the Red and White Cabinet’s performance, which has been able to demonstrate positive results that have had a significant impact on the community.
The President instructed all levels of government to continue to strengthen their conviction and consistency in policy to improve the welfare of the people quickly and sustainably.
The President also emphasized the importance of accelerating post-disaster rehabilitation and reconstruction in affected areas. For post-disaster recovery in Aceh, North Sumatra, and West Sumatra, the President appointed the Minister of Home Affairs as the Head of the Task Force.
