Abstract

BPS has regularly conducted the Community Satisfaction Survey, which is integrated into the Data Needs Survey (SKD). In addition to identifying data needs, this survey aims to measure the level of consumer satisfaction with BPS data services. The results of the 2025 Data Needs Survey are presented in a publication entitled Analysis of Data Needs Survey 2025. This publication provides a descriptive explanation of the performance of service units, anti-corruption behavior, data needs, and consumer satisfaction with the quality of BPS data. The Consumer Satisfaction Index and the Anti-Corruption Perception Index are the main indicators presented in this publication.
