Abstract

This publication is an analysis publication that presents report of Data Need Survey activities 2013. It contains descriptive analysis and service unit performance analysis. This analysis is complemented with the presentation in the form of Consumer Satisfaction Index (CCI) and Public Satisfaction Index (HPI). Presentation conducted a comprehensive analysis of the region regardless of service units. In addition, this publication comes with some case examples to facilitate understanding.
