Abstract

TheResidential Property Price Index (RPPI) 2025publication presents the national RPPI, compiled as an aggregate of the selected regencies/municipalities. The RPPI is an indicator that reflects year-to-year movements in residential property prices. The 2025 RPPI is calculated using data from the 2025 Residential Property Price Survey (RPPS), covering 58 regencies/municipalities across 36 provinces in Indonesia. Since 2020, the RPPS has been conducted annually, whereas previously it was conducted quarterly.
