Abstract

The Publication of Residential Property Price Index (RPPI) 2024 presents the Residential Property Price Index (RPPI) combined for selected districts/cities. RPPI is an indicator that describes the movement of property prices from year to year. The data presented is obtained from the results of the Residential Property Prices Survey (RPPS) conducted in 51 districts/cities in Indonesia.RPPS has been conducted by the BPS-Statistics Indonesia since 2015, as an effort to improve the quality of public services. At the beginning of its implementation, the data collection was carried out quarterly. However, starting in 2020, data collection is carried out on an annual basis.
