Food and Beverage Service Activities Statistics 2018

This publication presents data and information of restaurants, catering, and other food and beverage service activities in Indonesia which were obtained from annual survey of food and beverage service activities. This survey was conducted from May to July 2019 in all over Indonesia. The data of food and beverage service activities presented, among others, are number of establishmentsand their characteristics, average number of workers, and the average and structure of expenses and revenue.
