Abstract

In November 2022, Indonesia's National Wholesale Price Index rose by 5.75 percent compared to November 2021 (year-on-year/y-on-y). The most significant change in the index is the Mining and Quarrying Sector, which increased by 10.36 percent.
The price change in November 2022 was contributed mainly by soya beans, shallots, oil palms, sands, filtered cigarettes with clove, diesel fuel, and petrol/gasoline.
The WPI change in November 2022 changed by 0.27 percent month to-month and 4.98 percent compared to December 2021 (year-to-date/ y-to-d).
The WPI Construction Materials in November 2022 rose by 7.08 percent year-on-year, partly due to increasing the prices of diesel fuel, cement, asphalt, sands, and stone for construction foundation.
