Abstract

The Indonesia Consumer Price Index (CPI) May 2004, based on 45 cities observations, increases from 111.91 in April to 112.90 in May or inflation rate 0.88 %. All of the expenditure groups in the Consumer Price Index component are increasing: foodstuff 0.55 %. prepared food, beverages, cigarette and tobacco 0.21 %. housing, water, electric, gas and fuel 0.62 %. clothing 0.02 %. health 0.43 %. education, recreation and sport 0.11 % and transport, communication and financial service 3.88 %
