Abstract

The Indonesia Consumer Price Index (CPI) December 2004, based on 45 cities observations, increased from 115.66 in November to 116.86 in December or inflation rate 1.04%. In general, the main expenditure groups of the Consumer Price Index increased, namely: foodstuff 2.37 %. prepared food, beverages, cigarette and tobacco 0.92 %. housing, water, electric, gas and fuel 0.89 %. clothing 0.58 %. health 0.73 %. education, recreation and sport 0.04 % and transport, communication and financial services 0.04 %.
