Ministry of Investment and Downstream Industry/BKPM Supports the 2026 Economic Census

The Chief Statistician of BPS, Amalia Adininggar Widyasanti, along with her team, held a meeting with the Minister of Investment and Downstream Industry/Head of the Investment Coordinating Board (BKPM), Rosan Roeslani, at the Barli Halim Building on March 12.

During the meeting, Amalia thanked Minister Rosan and his team for their continued support in refining the Indonesian Standard Industrial Classification (KBLI) to align with the International Standard Industrial Classification of All Economic Activities (ISIC) Revision 5.

She also called for BKPM’s assistance in preparing for the 2026 Economic Census (SE2026), from planning to implementation and data utilization. In response, Rosan pledged full support, emphasizing the importance of collective effort to ensure the census’s success.

“The Economic Census is a shared responsibility. For efficiency, we must work together. I encourage promoting SE2026 during meetings with investors,” Rosan said.
