Minister of Social Affairs Visits BPS to Discuss National Socio-Economic Data Collaboration

Jakarta, January 21 – Acting Chief Statistician of BPS, Amalia Adininggar Widyasanti, accompanied by BPS Deputy Chief Statistician for Social Statistics, Ateng Hartono, and Acting Deputy Chief Statistician for Statistical Methodology and Information, Pudji Ismartini, welcomed Indonesia’s Minister of Social Affairs, Saifullah Yusuf, to the BPS headquarters.
During the visit, the Minister, popularly known as Gus Ipul, toured the National Statistics Command Centre (NSCC) of BPS, where he gained insights into the agency's operations.
The meeting focused on advancing the collaboration to establish a unified National Socio-Economic Data system, an initiative involving multiple ministries and agencies.
