Harvest Area, Productivity, and Production of Paddy by Province, 2024

1. The production is in terms of dry unhusked paddy 2. The main data of food crops collected by BPS-Statistics Indonesia were harvested area and productivity (yield per hectare). Production is the result of multiplication between harvested area and productivity. 3. The calculation of paddy harvest area data was carried out by the Area Sampling Framework (ASF) method from 2018, replacing the previous paddy harvest area data collection method, namely the eye estimate method collected through reporting on Agricultural Statistics data (called SP for Statistik Pertanian) by the Agricultural Extension Officer (called KCD for Kepala Cabang Dinas) of Sub-district. 4. The paddy productivity (yield) figures were obtained through a crop cutting survey on plots with a size of 2.5m x 2.5m in the form of harvest unhusked paddy production (called GKP for Gabah Kering Panen) converted into dry milled grain (called GKG for Gabah Kering Giling) using a conversion rate based on the Paddy to Rice Conversion Survey in 2018. 6.
