Abstract

The 2024 Statistics on Population and Labor Mobility publication has been prepared to provide an integrated and insightful overview of these dynamics in Indonesia. Its strength lies in the breadth and synergy of its data sources. This edition brings together primary data from the National Socio-Economic Survey (SUSENAS) and the National Labor Force Survey (SAKERNAS), complemented by secondary data from various ministries and institutions. It is further enriched with international refugee statistics from UNHCR and innovative commuter analyses derived from Mobile Positioning Data (MPD).
