Labor Force Situation in Indonesia August 2025

The Labor Force Situation in Indonesia publication contains tables that provide an overview of the employment conditions in Indonesia in the second semester of 2025. The tables presented are sourced from the National Labor Force Survey (Sakernas) conducted throughout Indonesia in August 2025. The target sample size for the August 2025 Sakernas is approximately 302,260 households to produce estimates to the regency level. This publication presents the overview of the labor force detailed by gender (male and female), residential area (urban and rural), which only covers the population aged 15 years and above. This publication also presents a table of employment developments from 2022–2025 and an executive summary of the state of the labor force in Indonesia.
