Computation and Analysis of Macro Poverty of Indonesia 2025

Poverty is both a global and national issue, and therefore remains a major concern for many parties. For the purposes of planning, monitoring, and evaluating various poverty alleviation programs, a number of indicators are needed to demonstrate the status and development of the poor population in Indonesia. These indicators include the number and percentage of the poor population and various other poverty characteristics that are comparable across time and regions. The publication of Computation and Analysis of Macro Poverty of Indonesia 2025 presents the methodology, calculations, and analysis related to poverty and inequality figures in Indonesia in 2025. The data source used in this publication is the March 2025 Susenas (National Survey of Indonesia).
