Analysis of Data Needs Survey for BPS-Statistics Indonesia 2024

BPS-Statistics Indonesia has conducted Customer Satisfaction Survey which are integrated into the Data Needs Survey. This survey aims not only to identify data needs, but also to determine the level of consumer satisfaction with BPS data services. The results of the 2024 survey implementation are presented in a publication entitled "Analysis of Data Needs Survey for BPS-Statistics Indonesia 2024". This publication provides a descriptive explanation of service unit performance, anti-corruption behavior, data requirements, and consumer satisfaction with BPS data quality. The Consumer Satisfaction Index and the Anti-Corruption Perception Index are the main indicators presented in this publication.
