Organizational Culture Survey Results of BPS-Statistics Indonesia 2022

In accordance with the Minister of State Administrative and Bureaucratic Reform No. 20 of 2021, BPS has begun to move away from the BPS's Core Values, namely Professional, Integrity and Trustworthiness (PIA) and has started implementing the core values of ASN with AKHLAK and employer branding Proud to Serve the Nation. In the midst of this adaptation and the demand for national bureaucratic reform towards an agile world class bureaucracy, it is necessary to periodically map the level of employee perceptions at BPS towards organizational culture and leadership. This mapping is important as material for preparing strategies to welcome a work culture in the "new normal" era.
