Construction Indicators, 1st Quarter - 2022

Construction sector is in the fifth place in the first quarter of 2022 in Indonesia's economy, recording at 10.42 percent of Indonesia’s Gross Domestic Product (GDP). BPS-Statistics Indonesia conducts Quarterly Construction Establishment Survey (QCES) on medium and large scale construction establishment to provide information on the growth of construction sector. This publication presents some construction indices based on the First Quarter of QCES 2022, such as index of permanent workers, mandays of casual workers, compensation and wages, value of construction works completed, business condition, business prospect, and business problem.
