Abstract

Starting in 2019, Political Statistics is presented according to the relevant political theme of the year. To that end, the 2019 Political Statistics publication took the theme of the 1955-2019 Elections. Elections are an important feature of a democratic country. That said, there is no democratic country that does not carry out elections. Therefore, the 2019 Political Statistics publication seeks to record the political dynamics of Indonesia which has held the elections for twelve times. The presented data is sourced from official publications released by KPU/LPU (General Election Commision). Other data sources to illustrate the 2019 election process were also obtained from Election Supervisory Agency (Bawaslu) and Election Organizer Ethics Council (DKPP).
