Expenditure for Consumption of Indonesia by Province March 2018

Based on the food commodities listed by Susenas, there are about 25 basic food commodities that are consumed evenly in almost every province. Among them are rice/sticky rice, fresh corn with husk, corn meal, cassava, sweet potatoes, dried cassava, fresh fish and shrimp/preserved, beef, brolier/local chicken meat, chicken eggs/duck eggs, sweetened condensed milk, infant formula, shallots, garlic, chillies, cayenne pepper, tofu, tempeh, coconut/fried oil, coconut, brown sugar, sugar, and noodles
