Analysis of Consumer Satisfaction Survey 2012

The report analyzes the results of the Consumer Satisfaction Survey 2012 was made in the form of descriptive analysis and utilize the Cartesian diagram to determine the variable distribution of services in a comprehensive manner. It is hoped that these results can be used to improve service performance data and statistical information, especially in the Directorate of Statistical Dissemination.
