Abstract

Paddy harvested area in 2021 is reach approximately at 10.41 million hectares, experiencing a decrease by 2.30 percent or 245.47 thousand hectares compared to 2020 which was 10.66 million hectares.
Paddy production in 2021 is estimated at 54.42 million tons of GKG, experiencing a decrease by 233.91 thousand tons or 0.43 percent compared to 2020 which was 54.65 million tons of GKG.
Rice production in 2021 for food consumption is reach to 31.36 million tons, experiencing a decrease of 140.73 thousand tons or 0.45 percent compared to 2020 which was 31.50 million tons.
