Producer Price Index (PPI) for Quarter IV-2018 Increases 0.41 Percent Against Quarter III-2018

Abstract

The producer price index (PPI) in quarter IV-2018 increased 0.41 percent against quarter III-2018 (q-to-q) and increased 2.99 percent against quarter IV-2017 (y-on-y).
Agriculture Sector PPI 2018 rose 1.39 percent against quarter III-2018 (q-to-q) and increased 2.60 percent against quarter IV-2017 (y-on-y).
The quarter IV-2018 Mining and Excavation PPI fell 3.18 percent compared to quarter III-2018 (q-to-q) and increased 6.03 percent against quarter IV-2017 (y-on-y).
Industrial Sector Processing PPI in quarter IV-2018 increased 0.70 percent against quarter III-2018 (q-to-q), as well as quarter IV-2017 (y-on-y) up 2.66 percent.
PPI in the Electricity and Gas Procurement Sector in quarter IV-2018 increased 0.30 percent compared to quarter III-2018 (q-to-q) and against quarter IV-2017 (y-on-y) increased 0.57 percent.
PPI Water Management Sector quarter IV-2018 increased 0.04 percent compared to quarter III-2018 (q-to-q) and increased 0.38 percent against quarter IV-2017 (y-on-y).
Passenger Transport Sector CPI in quarter IV-2018 increased 2.04 percent against quarter III-2018 (q-to-q) while against quarter IV-2017 (y-on-y) increased 3.87 percent.
IHP for the Accommodation and Food Beverage Supply Sector quarter IV-2018 increased 0.18 percent against quarter III-2018 (q-to-q) and increased 1.05 percent against quarter IV-2017 (y-on-y).
