Abstract

In Quarter I-2003 (January-March 2003), the BTI for Jabotabek area was nearly 100, that was 99.63. This index indicates that in Jabotabek area the business condition in Quarter I-2003 in general is almost the same as that in Quarter IV-2002(October-December 2002).
For other areas outside Jabotabek, the BTI in Quarter I-2003 was below 100, that was 64.22. This indicates that the business condition in outside Jabotabek in Quarter I-2003 is generally less optimist than that in Quarter IV-2002.
For Indonesia in general, the BTI in Quarter I-2003 was below 100, that was 95.11. This indicates that the business condition in Indonesia in Quarter I-2003 is generally less optimist than that in Quarter IV-2002.
