BSI University Students Learn More about Statistics Indonesia (BPS)

More than 100 students from Bina Sarana Informatika (BSI) University visited Statistics Indonesia (BPS) on Thursday (16/10). This visit was a valuable opportunity for students to gain deeper understanding of how data is produced by BPS, from data collection in the field to complex analysis processes.

The students were briefed to the roles and responsibilities of BPS and the importance of public understanding of statistics. The BPS RI team also provided participants with an in-depth understanding of the concepts, scales, and stages of data analysis.

Despite the presentation, the students were also taken on a tour to see the Integrated Statistical Service (PST) and the National Statistics Command Centre (NSCC) at the BPS Office. How exciting was it? Check out the video below, Sahabat Data!
