BPS Exemplary Civil Servants Attend the 2025 Annual Session of the MPR/DPR/DPD RI

The Annual Session of the People’s Consultative Assembly (MPR), the House of Representatives (DPR), and the Regional Representative Council (DPD) was held on August 15, 2025, at the Nusantara Building of the DPR RI Complex. BPS Chief Statistician Amalia Adininggar Widyasanti, alongside cabinet ministers of the Merah Putih Cabinet and heads of other state institutions, attended the session. As in previous years, Exemplary Civil Servants (ASN Teladan) from BPS were also invited to take part in the event. This year, BPS was represented by 45 exemplary statisticians, selected from the 2022–2024 cohorts.

In his state address, President Prabowo Subianto emphasized that true independence means freedom from poverty, hunger, and suffering. He underlined the importance of national sovereignty, declaring that Indonesia must stand on its own and be fully capable of meeting the needs of its people.
